First National Bank of Flint, Michigan

The description states simply:
FIRST NATIONAL BANK AT FLINT
FLINT, MICHIGAN
–As noted in the link at the beginning of this post, the building was erected in 1926 as the first steel-framed skyscraper in Flint, and is still used as a bank by the Republic Bank which occupies the first two floors. The rest of the building has been converted to apartments.
This card was used and is dated 12 January 1928.

School of Law, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor

This image shows the building where the so-called Law Department was housed at the main campus of the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.

This building is no longer a part of the law school, which is housed in the English Gothic Law Quadrangle on the main campus.

–The building was completed in 1926 and looks essentially the same today, though a connection with a nearby building was removed when the other building was demolished and replaced. The trees shown here are no longer present.
This card was used and is dated 13 July 1964.

Round Lake Harbor, Charlevoix, Michigan

CHARLEVOIX, MICHIGAN
–The body of water in the lower foreground is Lake Charlevoix, which is joined to the distant Lake Michigan by Round Lake. The building in the center left of the picture is the Belvedere Hotel, which was demolished in 1960.
This card clearly dates from the 1950 before the hotel was razed.

Chapel in the Pines, Grayling, Michigan

–The Chapel in the Pines is the centerpiece of the state park to this day.

Houghton Monument, Eagle River, Michigan

Drowned off shore at Lake Superior, Oct. 13, 1845. Monument location on Lake Shore Scenic Drive M26 at Eagle River, Michigan.
–Houghton was killed in bad weather during a geological survey of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan when his small boat capsized.
This card likely dates from the 1950s.

–It is difficult to identify the specific location as there are numerous Lake Shore Drives around the country, the most notable of which is in downtown Chicago, Illinois. However, the notation on the card referencing Petoskey implies the photo was taken on the Lower Peninsula near Traverse City.
This card likely dates from the 1950s.
