The description states:
North Carolina Monument. This admirably executed monument depicts the action and determination put forth by the men in grey in the great conflict at Gettysburg. Erected by the state of North Carolina, the beautiful statue stands on the east side of Confederate Avenue.
–Confederate Avenue is a short loop of road on Seminary Ridge at the Gettysburg Battlefield site. The monument was constructed by Gutzon Borglum, the same sculptor most famous for the sculptures at Mount Rushmore, South Dakota.
This card likely dates from the 1950s.
