This image shows the same perspective as the last posting, but with a closer focus on the formation known as Toll Gate Rock.

Pub. by Sanborn Souvenir Co., Inc., Denver, Colorado
The description states:
#4042 — Toll Gate Rock reflected in the placid waters of Green River on U. S. 30 just west of the city of Green River, Wyoming.
–The name comes from a time when the Momons in the area cut a pass for travellers and charged a toll. This image does not show the route of the current Interstate 80, which cuts behind the formation. This image likely dates from the 1950s.
